- Ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and handles their problems or service issues that may arise from time to time.
- Ensure customers all aware E-Gaming promotions, special events, upcoming activities and supports company special events through attendance.
- Responsible for booking VIP accommodations, transportation, company event reservations.Ensure and carry out duties effectively in accordance with the company policies, procedures and departmental standards operation procedures (SOP) are always followed.Identifying and recognizing high-value patrons, and ensuring they are given the recognition deserving of their value.
- Promote property amenities/marketing programs to targeted patrons to drive loyalty and revenue.Provides complimentary services to target customers in accordance with established and approved guidelines.Maintain high standards of service, and professionalism in all communications to patrons.
- Ensuring a tidy and clean environment for the E-Gaming club internal and external patrons.Maintains confidential information, and patron information ensures the privacy of all patrons are respected.All other duties as assigned.

- Having outstanding appearance and able to demonstrate professional postureFluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Korean or other language(s) are plus.Availability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays based on the needs of the department and for special events.
- Minimum of one (1) years experience in significant marketing or with casino/E-gaming club experience is an advantage.Must have excellent customer service skills and possess excellent communication with clearly and effectively.
- Knowledgeable on all kind of complain handling and time management Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-mail systems is required and computer skills helpful.
- Proven motivational creativity, focused and efficiency styleRespect for, and interest in learning more of different cultures.Must be a proven self-starter, flexible, versatile, and responsible.
