- We are now seeking a talent to join our Intern Program. If you are a candidate to a business world and quicker learner, please come to share with us your skills and motivation.

Main responsibilities:

- Perform customer service-related tasks that are directed by Manager and aligned with service standards, including but not limited to:

- Enter and update customer information in the database.

- Contact potential customers to inform them about our company, a product or service using scripts.

- Prepare presentation files and relevant documents for client meetings.

- Handle correspondence, back-up help-line service when needed and coordinate with Manager to response to clients.

- Filing & documentation. -Handle other customer service/sales administration tasks as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Ứng Viên

- Bachelor's degree or above in any field.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Especially in Excel).

- Having a Data-driven mindset. English fluency.

- Hard working, careful & be an active learner.

- Good communication & time management skills.
