Mô Tả Công Việc
Main Responsibilities
-Lead and manage all merchandising activities to ensure efficient order execution and customer satisfaction.
-Coordinate with customers and internal departments to meet production and delivery targets.
-Oversee order management, product development, costing, and material planning.
-Monitor team performance, improve merchandising processes, and develop staff.
-Support business growth by advising management, managing key customer relationships, and leading assigned projects.

Yêu Cầu Ứng Viên
Requirements
-Bachelors degree or above in a related field.
-10+ years in the garment industry, including 5+ years in merchandising management.
- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing and customer management.
-Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Fluent in English; Korean is a plus.
