Mô Tả Công Việc

- Handle full import process for Ocean freight shipment with all term included manage door delivery activities based on SEKO process and timeliness.

- Provide comprehensive and professional services to customers, working to acquire, retain and develop relationships.

- Resolve customer dispute or complaint cases with care and in compliance with all internal and regulatory company requirements and customer's standard operating procedure.

- Ensure the daily excellent service provided and the KPI metOther work arranged by direct supervisor or manager.

- Cargo Wise One system knowledge and data analysist is preferred.

- Tầng 8, tòa nhà The Six8, 24-26 Phan Đình Giót, Phường 2, Quận Tân Bình, TP. Hồ Chí Minh

Yêu Cầu Ứng Viên

- Have experience in medium to big operation with volume 300 -500 cont/month

- Good System knowledge ( CW1 experience is the plus)Growth mindset/ adapt to change

- Good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese ( Chinese is the plus)

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge & good experience in handling Ocean freight shipments, customs and inland transport is an advantage.Be a good team player and able to work under pressure.

- 3-5 years of customer services / operation experience in freight forwarding industry.

- Responsible, pro-active and attention to detail.Bachelors degree or above
