Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily booking from suppliers/shippers etc

- Manage booking system to receive EDI booking from customer.

- Manage carrier allocation following instructions from regional team.

- Booking creation in specified system, update report

- Release booking and follow up all issues with customers, destination agents.

- Implement and deploy Customer SOP, IOP, reduce risk and potential claims.

- Customer relationship (external & internal), work with customers and vendors to improve our performance and service.

- Billing checking, confirmation with overseas

- Be responsible for the daily work within the team, sales support, ensure the timely and proactive communication with customers and other related parties.

- Ensure the daily excellent service provided and the KPI met

- Upsell and cross sell base on relationship with current customer and own relationship. Other works arranged by direct supervisor or manager

Education and Experience requirements

- Bachelors degree or above

- More than 2 years manage 4PL/consolidation; the background for global forwarder will be preferable.

- Well operation knowledge, good experience in shipping, forwarding, and fluent English. Knowledge of ocean cargo process flow.

- Reliable, well organized, honest, team-player

- Excellent communication skill in both Vietnamese and English, responsible, active.

- Good PC skills in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
