Handle the ticketsent by all countries relatedto Freight Management System (Cargo wise)

Daily monitor the global controlling dashboard and followup the communication process to remind and control the respective country to meet the required timelines and qualities.

Review and maintainthe Charge templatein System for Freight sellingand buying rate.

Standardize, cleanup and maintain the Master Data in Freight Management systems.

Work as the data and system offshoring service for Systemupdate for countries or geography who use the outsourcing service.

-Take other additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Yêu Cầu Ứng Viên

Education and Experience requirements

- University graduation especially in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Data science, IT applications.

- Experience in Cargo wise (CW1) system, JIRA is preferable.

- Excellent in Microsoft office.

- The experience background for global forwarderwill be preferable. 

- Fresh graduates are welcomed.

- Be patient, detailed, careful, responsible, ability to work under pressure.

- Logical thinking and love to work with system and data.

- Be organization, able to find information quickly when needed,  critical thinking

- Communicationin both Vietnamese and English skills is requested

- Especially, be able to work the night shift (17h30 22h30) twice or three times a week.
