Maintain accounting records and prepare monthly financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Prepare and submit tax declarations in a timely and accurate manner.
Review payment supporting documents and prepare payment orders via the companys e-banking system.
Issue VAT invoices in compliance with current regulations.
Prepare and submit investment reports as required by authorities.
Support ERP system implementation and operation under the guidance of the manager.
Coordinate and work with external auditors during audit processes.
Liaise with the Companys logistics service providers regarding customs clearance procedures for imported goods.
Work with relevant government authorities as required.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

More than 1 year of experience in accounting.
Able to communicate effectively in English in the workplace.
Chinese language skills are a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Hands-on experience with accounting software such as FAST, MISA, or equivalent systems.
Ability to read and understand accounting, tax, and legal regulations; proactive and willing to learn.
Good communication skills and problem-solving ability.
Careful, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Salary negotiable based on ability.
Probationary salary is 100% of the official salary.
Monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, off on Saturday and Sunday.
