Mô Tả Công Việc

Clients Management:

- Responding to clients questions quickly and effectively through all of our communication channels such as social media, phone and emails.

- Be proactive in sourcing new clients besides Maidos customer data.

- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.

- Evaluating Maidos customer data to consult customized marketing plans for each clients specific needs.

- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customers satisfaction and to maintain the companys reputation.

- Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs.

Internal Management:

-Learning and understanding Maidos services and products to consult clients.

-Supporting operations team and maintaining clients for AS (Account Senior) & AM (Account Manager).

- Supporting AS & AM in data tracking to ensure that the data are always precise and fully provided to clients and GM (General Manager).

- Supporting AS & AM in research data to implement clients plans efficiently.

Yêu Cầu Ứng Viên

- Roll-up-your-sleeve attitude and eagerness to learn.

- Hold yourself accountable for your decisions and actions.

- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.

- Freshers and undergraduates are welcome.

- The comprehension of using a huge range of social media (FB, Youtube, Tiktok, Instagram), and AI tools (ChatGPT).

- Expert in using Canvas, Capcut & others online apps.

- Proficiency in crafting digital content for social media platforms and fundamental skills in setting social media advertisements such as Facebook, TikTok, and Shopee.

- Working from Monday (offline) to Saturday (online).
