- Serve as the main point of contact for VIP customers, addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Organize and manage exclusive events and services tailored to VIP clients.
- Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high standard of service delivery.

Yêu Cầu Ứng Viên
- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or VIP management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in CRM systems is a plus.
