- Job Description: The Sustainability Manager will lead sustainable agriculture development strategies, aiming to increase environmental and social impact and achieve certifications like RA, 4C, CP, and carbon certifications. This role involves proposing, implementing, and managing measures to enhance environmental and social impacts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Apply for international calls for technical assistance programs in sustainability

- Develop and implement strategic plans for sustainable agriculture, adhering to high environmental standards and achieving carbon certification

- Evaluate and monitor the impact of agricultural activities on the environment and society, proposing measures for improvement

- Manage and train the Sustainable Department team, assigning tasks and providing guidance

- Report regularly on the progress, efficiency, and results of sustainability projects to the leadership team and relevant parties.

Yêu Cầu Ứng Viên

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Agriculture, Sustainability, or related field. Master's degree preferred 

- 3+ years of experience in sustainable agriculture development and environmental certifications

- Proficiency in certifications such as RA, 4C, CP, and carbon certifications

- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

- Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and implement innovative solutions

- Passion for sustainability and driving positive change in agriculture and society

- Ability to frequently travel to the company's project areas.
