- Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable individual to join our team as a Software Implementation Specialist / Programmer.

- This role involves a mix of software implementation tasks and programming responsibilities, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy both configuring software to meet our needs and writing code to create custom solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with our internal teams to ensure our software solutions are implemented effectively and enhanced through custom programming when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand software requirements and business objectives.

- Install, configure, and deploy our software solutions to meet client needs.

- Develop custom scripts or programs to automate processes, enhance functionality, or integrate with other systems.

- Conduct testing to ensure software implementations are successful and meet project specifications.

- Provide technical support and training to internal users.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the implementation process.

- Document software configurations, customizations, and procedures for future reference.

- Stay current with software developments and suggest improvements to processes and technologies used.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience in software implementation and programming.

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Javascript, or similar.

- Experience with software configuration, installation, and troubleshooting.

- Knowledge of database management and SQL.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.    

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience with software development methodologies.

- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).

- Certification in relevant software or programming languages. (Preferred but not required):
