Mô Tả Công Việc
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for promotional and entertainment events.
- Plan annual and monthly promotions aligned with key events and seasons.
- Analyze market trends to tailor promotions to our Korean customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing content and campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Yêu Cầu Ứng Viên
- Fluency in Korean and English (both written and spoken).
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in promotions or entertainment.
- Strong understanding of Korean market trends in Vietnam and customer behavior.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive marketing decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for delivering engaging customer experiences.
