Mô Tả Công Việc

- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth in-house, competitor, and consumer research to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.

- Campaign Development: Design and execute both intangible and experiential marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and user engagement.

- Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, product design, and development teams, to ensure seamless and effective campaign rollouts.

- Digital Marketing: Leverage paid and organic marketing strategies to enhance our digital presence and drive traffic to our platform.

- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and increase retention.

- Performance Metrics: Analyze key marketing metrics at strategic intervals to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.

- Reporting: Compile detailed reports that provide insights into marketing activities and inform future strategies.

- Professional Development: Participate in marketing workshops and training sessions to continuously expand your skills and stay updated on industry trends. Content Management: Create and manage editorial calendars for content across various platforms, ensuring consistency with the brands voice and mission.

- Media Planning: Assist in the design, negotiation, and placement of advertisements across traditional and digital media channels.

- Budget Management: Help set, allocate, and monitor marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective campaigns.

- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their brand guidelines, objectives, and timelines, and tailor campaigns to meet their needs.

- Market Research: Conduct research to understand target audience behaviors and preferences, guiding the development of targeted campaigns.

- Campaign Review: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, suggest adjustments, and propose new ideas for future initiatives.

Yêu Cầu Ứng Viên

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within a fast-paced or tech-oriented environment.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing metrics and make data-driven decisions.

- Expertise in developing and executing both organic and paid marketing strategies. Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent research, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messages for different audiences.

- Creative, strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.

- Proficiency in English (MUST); additional language skills are a plus.
